The home also features custom local art work incorporated into the staircase and barn doors by local artists Heidi Lowe and Nancy Bilotto. Project features are highlighted by many energy efficient components including geo-thermal HVAC system, energy star appliances, on-demand hot water, open-cell spray foam insulation, and an ERV whole house ventilation system. This house is energy star certified.
