Gills Neck Residence Project notes: This project included a complete update to improve the energy efficiency of the existing home. We installed Low-E Windows, Open-Cell Spray Foam insulation & additional exterior insulation behind corrugated metal siding, on-demand hot water, and radiant heat. This project was featured in the April/May 2010 issue of Delaware Beach Life Magazine. |
